We know that the key to a successful project is well-managed costs, so we offer a range of cost consultancy and quantity surveying services

throughout the design and construction phases. We can help develop Rough Order of Magnitude estimates, as well as cost planning, Bills of Quantities, and more.  Through our life-cycle cost management services, we’ll be there for you from start to finish – assisting in developing tender documents and managing the tender process so that you can focus on what matters most: your business!  We also offer variation assessment and cashflow forecasting through the design and construction lifecycle, to make sure that projects stays on budget throughout its lifespan.

Procurement
Management

Procurement management is one of the most critical, and strategic, roles in any project. We have an experienced team focused on maximizing value

from suppliers through efficient supply chain management processes that ensure quality at every step along the way, identifying, evaluating and selecting products and services needed for successful completion.  Linking with other functions such as supply chain mapping, assessment and development of tender procedures, our procurement managers also coordinate logistics and delivery programs, with a keen eye on balancing project outcomes with cost control measures whilst upholding transparency throughout the process. With precision in monitoring and collecting valuable data, from initial purchase request through to payment, we optimise the best components required to exceed clients’ expectations.

Contract
Management

We believe that the best way to ensure a successful project is to have clear expectations, good communication, and fair contracts.

We work with clients to review and administer construction contracts including bespoke contracts and FIDIC Red, Green, Silver and Yellow Book, ensuring parties are held accountable and agreed deliverables are met by researching comparable projects.  We also help to avoid and resolve disputes or issues timeously providing true focus on project completion.  Our goal is to offer efficient and cost-controlled execution of construction contract’s terms in order to keep costs down without sacrificing quality or safety standards.

and we want to make sure our clients have the right advice to manage those risks and keep budgets on track.  Our mission is to provide innovative, proactive advice on all aspects of property development and construction from project feasibility / pre acquisition, right through to operational stage.  We will identify any potential risks affecting investment aspirations and offer options for managing these, offering commitment in providing regular reporting during construction, defining cost and programme exposures to ensure that our clients’ budgets are met in a timely manner.
